Last Day to Register to Vote is May 10

Conway, South Carolina –Horry County Registration and Elections would like to remind interested residents that the last day to register to vote in the Primary Election is Saturday, May 10. The Horry County Registration & Elections Office will open on Saturday, May 10, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and is located at 1515 4^th Avenue in Conway. The 2014 Primary Election is Tuesday, June 10, 2014, and the Run-Off Election is Tuesday, June 24, 2014.

 

A citizen who wishes to register to vote may register online at http://www.scvotes.org/  . Citizens can also register in person at the Horry County Registration & Elections Office located at 1515 4^th Avenue in Conway, ordownload a form at http://www.scvotes.org/ , complete it, and mail it to above address. The completed form can also be faxed to the Horry County Registration & Elections Office at (843) 915-6440 or emailed to Sandy Martin at martins@horrycounty.org.

 

Voters are also encouraged to check their voter registration information prior to Election Day. If your voter registration information has changed (name, address, etc.), and you still live within the same county, you may go to http://www.scvotes.org/ and update your information.
